Meet X-Cart in Tampa, Chicago or Los Angeles in June 2017. Place, Team, Partners & Agenda

Last year we arranged only one meetup. It was in Orlando. However, we’ve received a lot of feedback from X-Cart users who would love to come but didn’t have an opportunity to travel so far. With that in mind, we’ve decided to make two meetups this year and have chosen two completely different locations for them — sunny Tampa, best known as “Cigar City”, on the east coast of the US. And incredible Los Angeles, aka Hollywood, on the opposite coast, in California. The first meetup will take place on June, 1. The second one — on June, 13. We are excited to invite you to both.

A well-thought-out agenda

Needless to say, a meeting without a well-thought-out agenda is like a road trip without a map. As getting lost is not what our dreams are about, we have crafted a minute-by-minute plan that will help you to schedule your day far in advance and prepare for the meeting. The “whole show” will start with the official part (our partners are already getting their presentations prepared!) and wrap up with a beer session. See, what we’ve got for you this time:

• 1:00 pm — start of the meetup, networking
• 1:30 pm — greeting by Pitney Bowes, sponsor of the event
• 1:45 pm — greeting by Total Server Solutions, sponsor of the event
• 2:00 pm — greeting by Rand Marketing, sponsor of the event
• 2:15 pm — Maxim Vydrin, CEO at X-Cart, will lift the veil on X-Cart future (+Q&A)
• 3:00 pm — a short 15 min break
• 3:15 pm — Robert Rand will be there to share a few cool insights about digital marketing (+Q&A)
• 3:45 pm — Alex Dyachkov, Head of X-Cart Hosting & Support, will show you a few tips on speeding your store (+Q&A)
• 4:15 pm – 9:00 pm – networking, beer & having fun

X-Cart Team

In life, change is inevitable. In business, change is vital. We also try to rotate our team members traveling to the US, thus improving the efficiency of the meetups and increasing your chances to meet the exact person you are working with.

This time we’ve got two new faces — Olga Gorbunova and Albina Valiullova. A quick research showed that these project managers have got lots of clients in 34 states of America, including Arizona, Texas, New York and Florida. Before becoming a PM, Olya tried her hand at support and design integration depts, which made it easier for her to understand people. Being a PM since the very first day with X-Cart, Albina has become an expert in building online stores from the ground up, which helped her complete a considerable number of complex projects. Both have been working at X-Cart for almost 10 years and some of you are likely to know them already!

Those who came to our meetup in London were lucky to meet our pink-haired fairy Tanya Kaznacheeva. However, she has never been to the US, it’s her first time and she’s eager to meet you there. Tanya is not afraid of new challenges and can easily take up creatively-different projects, be it enterprise or outstaffing — she’s a real guru in both.

Besides being a Project Manager at X-Cart with 5 experienced developers in her team, Olesya Vinogradova is a voracious reader, a long-time meetup-goer, never passing up an opportunity to learn something new. She has got several successful enterprise projects under her belt and she will be at both meetups to meet her US clients in person.

Max Vydrin, our CEO, as well as the most powerful source of inspiration and stimulus to progress here at X-Cart. As usual, he will be in Tampa and LA, equipped with a freshly prepared presentation about X-Cart destiny. You will be the first to know his plans and suggest your own ideas. That easy.

Alexander Dyachkov, the head of Support & Hosting teams. X-Cart hosting has changed greatly in the last year — it has become twice as fast and even more secure. Show him your store and he’ll show you what can be improved.

Our friend Mike White, aka totaltec and a true X-Cart Guru, will be at both meetups to help developers understand X-Cart and its code, or just give them his “tech” hand. He is also an active participant of X-Cart Community Forums and has crafted lots of video tutorials for X-Cart users.

Two Beautiful Places on the Opposite Shores of the US

Meetup in Tampa (FL). June 1, 2017, Thursday

The first meetup will take place at Hyatt Place Tampa Airport/Westshore — a beautiful 3-star hotel located within 6 mins walk from Cypress Point Park on the shore of Old Tampa Bay. Right after the meetup you can book a room there and work out in the complimentary fitness center, relax in the whirlpool, or take a plunge in the outdoor pool.
