From X-Cart: We have asked Justin French, the Director of eCommerce at Fast Growing Trees, to share his experience with the X-Cart platform and services.

We originally started in 2006 selling online only one product through a static HTML built site. We slowly started adding new products then around 2008 we needed to find a better way to control the store and process everything on one platform. X-Cart eCommerce shopping cart software was our answer.

X-Cart has always allowed us the flexibility to never say ‘no’ to an idea.

We offer a huge range of products that allow us to target specific niche climates throughout the USA. I love how easy it is in X-Cart to create new products and expand the line quickly. Using X-Cart shopping cart and being able to add new modules gives us a great advantage over our competitors. X-Cart has always allowed us the flexibility to never say ‘no’ to an idea. With the open source nature and the HUGE community, there is nothing that cannot be built using X-Cart. We are able to stay with emerging trends and best practices because X-Cart has a fully open code. We do not require an X-Cart developer to work on our eCommerce site at the moment. Anyone versed in PHP can add to the functionality of the site.
