How Do I Connect X-Cart to QuickBooks?

After integrating your X-Cart store with QuickBooks Pro, Premier, or Enterprise, your sales are passed to QuickBooks, to automatically record and update your product data.

How to Connect to QuickBooks Online:

1. Sign in to your Webgility for QuickBooks Online account.
2. Go to Settings > Connections and select the plus sign (+) in the Sales Channel column.
3. Select X-Cart and then click Continue.
4. Type in your X-Cart login credentials to complete the integration.

How to Connect to QuickBooks Desktop:

1. Sign in to your Webgility for QuickBooks Desktop account.
2. Open the Integrations > Stores > Add Stores.
3. Select X-Cart from the “Select store type” dropdown, name your store, and select Continue.
4. Enter your X-Cart account credentials. 
5. Select Continue in Webgility.
6. Type in your business contact information and select Continue to complete the integration.
